Our primary focus is coaching church leadership teams.
Whether you are launching a men's ministry or strengthening an existing one, we provide practical guidance, encouragement, and accountability as you build healthy leadership, authentic brotherhood, strong culture, and sustainable ministry rhythms. Every church is different, so every coaching relationship is tailored to the unique needs of your church.
Leadership Workshops
Our workshops equip pastors and key leaders with practical tools they can immediately implement within their own churches.
Topics include leadership development, ministry structure, culture, communication, engagement, and multiplication. The goal is simple: give leaders practical solutions they can put into action.

Standing Men is available to speak at churches, conferences, leadership gatherings, and men's events.
