What Is Standing Men?
Standing Men is a church-strengthening organization dedicated to helping local churches engage and develop men. We identify, refine, and share proven principles, best practices, and practical tools that help churches build thriving men's ministries that are owned, led, and sustained by the men of their church.
We partner with pastors, ministry leaders, and key men to help create:

Standing Men does not exist to build Standing Men ministries. We exist to help churches build ministries of their own. Every church has its own culture, leadership, strengths, and challenges. Our role is to come alongside pastors and leaders, helping them apply proven principles and best practices within their unique context.
We coach, encourage, and support church leaders as they build ministries that engage men, develop leaders, strengthen brotherhood, and create opportunities for meaningful participation. We believe men are far more likely to engage when they are given responsibility, ownership, brotherhood, and a clear mission. Healthy men's ministries should not be pastor dependent. They should be led by men who take ownership, carry responsibility, and actively participate in the life and mission of the church.
Standing Men exists to help churches create environments where men move from attending church to helping build it.

Why Standing Men?
We believe the local church is God's chosen vehicle to reach the world.
If we want to see stronger families, healthier communities, and more people come to know Jesus, we must first strengthen the local church. One of the greatest opportunities facing the Church today is engaging its men. Churches across the country are filled with men who love Jesus, faithfully attend worship services, and genuinely want to make a difference. Yet many have never been given a clear pathway to actively participate in the mission of Christ. They attend church, but they don't know how to help build it.
We believe God has uniquely designed men to lead, serve, protect, disciple, and build His Church. Every man has been given gifts, experiences, and influence that can strengthen the Body of Christ when they are surrendered to Him. When men are given clarity, authentic brotherhood, meaningful responsibility, and a direct call to action, they begin to discover the purpose God created them for. As men grow, families grow stronger. Churches become healthier. Communities are impacted. The Kingdom advances.
Standing Men exists to help churches create environments where that transformation can happen.
We believe every church should have a thriving men's ministry that equips men to grow in their faith, take ownership of their church, lead in their homes, and actively participate in the mission of Jesus Christ. Our desire is to see churches raising up generations of standing men—men who know Jesus, lead with humility, serve with courage, build authentic brotherhood, and answer God's call wherever He sends them.
Because when men stand, the Church is strengthened.
